This includes analyzing the client’s tender documents, identifying project control requirements and potential schedule risks, and creating mitigation plans to ensure alignment with client milestones. strongThe position requires availability to travel around the world in all different Projects in the company and flexibility to develop innovative proposals with different clients. /strong /ppbr/ppResponsibilities /ppbr/pulliAnalyze the client’s invitation to bid requirements and identify potential schedule risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure timely completion. /liliCoordination with the Project Directors in our several Projects in the company. /liliPrepare project schedules at all levels during the proposal phase using Primavera P6. /liliDefine key project milestones based on client requirements and ensure activities align with these milestones. /liliReview and evaluate activity durations across all disciplines for inclusion in the schedule ensuring consistency with project milestones. /liliPrepare planned progress curves based on the project schedule. /liliGenerate manpower histograms for all phases: Home Office Manpower Histogram, Construction Direct Manhours Histogram, and Construction Supervision Histogram. /liliPrepare a schedule narrative outlining the basis of the schedule and key dates for client submission. /liliTrack and respond to client clarifications and amendments related to the offer. /liliPrepare presentations and coordinate meetings with partners and clients. /li /ulpbr/ppSkills and Experience /ppbr/pulliRelevant technical degree (e.g. Civil/Mechanical Engineering) /liliExtensive experience in EPC Projects. /liliProficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. /liliStrong interpersonal/communicative skills /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
