Corporate Finance Controller
Neuraxpharm is seeking a Corporate Finance Controller based in Barcelona (hybrid role) who will report directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling. The role involves monthly accounting reviews, analysis of group financial statements, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Your Major Accountabilities
* Collaborate in the preparation of the monthly Group financial statements
* Review the monthly accounting close process including analytical review of operating results versus budget and forecast
* Prepare working capital (WC) and CAPEX analysis on a monthly basis
* Prepare Management Reporting for the Board of Directors
* Prepare financial information for lenders
* Organise information and statements for external auditors
* Calculate transfer‑pricing annually based on the Group TP policy
* Collaborate in the Group annual budget process
* Prepare the Group Forecast and Strategic Business Plan
* Prepare WC in Forecast, Budget and Business Plan
* Collaborate with countries on specific analyses such as business cases for products
* Implement Group transformational projects (BI)
* Support all countries
Qualifications
* BA in Business Administration or Accounting (ADE, Economy or similar)
* At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of IFRS financial reporting principles
* Experience with SAP FI, CO, CO‑PA (plus)
* Strong Excel skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Team player with excellent communication and ethical values
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in a Big 4 assurance/transactions firm (plus)
* Knowledge of consolidation of financial statements (appreciated)
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector (plus)
* Fluent in English
* Business acumen, results‑oriented, strong problem‑solving and organisational skills
