Your Mission
We are looking for a Business Sales Developer to drive national and international business growth.
This is a highly technical and consultative sales role — not transactional. The successful candidate must understand industrial processes, material specifications, and technical applications, and be able to engage with engineering teams, technical purchasing departments, and industrial management.
Key responsibilities:
- Active prospecting and opening of new accounts in national and international markets.
- Business development within electronics, PCB, and technical materials sectors.
- Full sales cycle management: needs analysis, technical proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Development of long-term strategic B2B relationships.
- Participation in international trade fairs and industry events.
Profile we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within a technical industrial environment.
- Previous experience in electronics, PCB, components, or industrial materials sectors.
- Strong hunter mindset, with proven ability to open new markets.
- Ability to conduct high-value consultative technical sales.
- Credibility when engaging with technical stakeholders.
- High level of English and willingness to travel internationally.
