Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist at TRATO. But hold! This is not a typical marketing role. TRATO is building the next generation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): a platform that brings together legal, business, and AI to deliver visibility, control, and trust to every agreement. Today, top‐tier companies like Samsung, IBM, and Banco Sabadell rely on TRATO to run their contract operations across multiple jurisdictions. And now, we're scaling globally. So we don't need someone to "analyze, research, and propose strategies."
What We Need
We're looking for someone who executes from Day 1. Someone who thinks like a future Head of Global Marketing, moves like a founder, and is comfortable in the front lines—talking to customers, partners, investors, anyone. This is for builders. People who can ship a landing page in hours (Framer, Webflow, or whatever works), use AI as leverage, not as a buzzword, understand SEO deeply (not theory—actual ranking, traffic, results), test, break, iterate, and relaunch without waiting for permission.
Responsibilities
We want someone who helps create the market narrative while executing in it. Marketing = growth = sales = ownership. Everyone sells, builds, and is accountable. We're building a SEAL Team—small, elite, high‐output operators who are the best in their craft and obsessed with results.
Location
Based in Madrid (in‐person at least once a week + key events). Everything else is global and remote. Clear path to Head of Global Marketing.
