This key role will involve defining and implementing strategies that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless operations and reduced risk exposure. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Customer Due Diligence team, driving performance, team development, and service standards. Develop and execute CDD and RG strategies in line with company goals and regulatory obligations. Oversee processes related to KYC, social responsibility, anti-money laundering, and fraud mitigation. Maintain alignment with internal policies and external legal standards. Streamline team workflows and processes for efficient query management. Monitor and report on key metrics via regular reports. Escalate complex cases and complaints as needed. Nurture a high-performing team culture through succession planning and mentoring. Requirements Proven track record of managing operational teams.
