**Who we are...**AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.**Goal of the position**:Ensure the correct stock position that helps maximize the sales of the ECI Pepe Jeans Concessions business, within the Merchandising & Planning department.The Merchandiser will also work closely with the Buyer to ensure the product will help the channel achieve the sales plan.*****What will the role entail?**- Perform the Buying Budget of the divisions at scope based on financial plan.- Support to the Buyer in charge on seasonal product selection.- Perform the Seasonal Buy and NOS forecast.- Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.- Define the correct replenishment plan ensuring, correct assortments, depth, and frequency and delivery timings.- Build up stock to afford seasonal promotions or marketing campaigns etc.- Ensure Logistics are met on time and frequency.- Monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.- Minimize stock holdings and commitment to allow for maximum profit.- Frequent communication with the stores staff is crucial to achieve objectives and coordinate the different operational processes such as returns, pricing changes, promotions, product launches, etc.**Who will you report to?**Planning & merchandising Manager**What are our expectations on you?**- Results Orientation- Analytical mind- Adaptability & Flexibility- Team work- Problem Solving- Proactivity**Requirements of the position**:- University degree in Business Administration or similar.- Fashion degree or experience in fashion valuable.- Previous experience is a plus.- English language mandatory.- Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and/or Italian languages are highly desired.**What we offer in exchange**:- Corporate Offices in Madrid with canteen and parking available- Home office once a week (Focus Friday)- Adaptable benefits such us ticket restaurant, health insurance with Axa, transport ticket or nursery ticket.- Discount on the brands of the Group- Great international working environment
