As a Service Delivery Manager in the Cyber Security Team, you will lead the delivery and maintenance of cyber managed services for shared pool projects or dedicated large engagements, using advanced technical capabilities.
Responsibilities

In-depth understanding and experience of managed service and governance support and accountability for the operations, delivery and maintenance of tools and processes, driving compliance with, and contributing to, the development of relevant standards for overall practice
Actively establish, maintain and strengthen client relationships and identify potential business opportunities within existing engagements
Manage client service quality delivery in accordance with EY quality guidelines and methodologies;
manage accounts and relationships day-to-day and explore new business opportunities for the firm
Establish, strengthen, and nurture relationships with clients (functional heads & key influencers) and internally across service lines;
coach, counsel and develop junior team members
Confirm work quality as per EY’s quality standards by reviewing work provided by junior members
Client responsibilities
Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members;
participate in performing procedures focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues;
work with the team and client to create plans that comply with professional standards and address engagement risks
Brief the engagement team on the client environment and industry trends;
maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables
Demonstrate understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations;
identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client’s business
Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork, and use current technology/tools to enhance deliverables and services
Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients
Create innovative insights for clients and contribute to thought leadership documents
Facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing with key client personnel
Plan and schedule client engagements;
deploy the right team with adequate skill sets and periodically review status of engagements and work products
Demonstrate strong project management skills and maintain a strong client focus
Stay abreast of current business and economic developments and new pronouncements/standards relevant to the client’s business
Demonstrate industry expertise, including trends, issues, challenges, key players and leading practices
Review status updates and prepare management presentations;
contribute to improvingoperational efficiency

Key responsibilities
Technical leadership in Threat detection and response, Digital Identity or Threat exposure management related frameworks
Lead large-scale projects and programs delivering strategic programs, driving operational efficiencies, and transformation projects
In-depth understanding and experience of managed service model using ITIL;
strategize and propose transition approaches for large outsourcing global TDR deals
Conduct due-diligence for AS-IS assessment and define milestone-based improvement roadmaps with transformation teams
Prepare solution and implementation approaches, target operating models and technical architectures in response to customer requirements/RFP
Review Statements of Work (SoWs) including scoping, assumptions, milestones, pricing, team compositions, governance, RACI
Articulate differentiators and defend proposals during client presentations
Define reusable artefacts and standardize costing models and solution approaches for multi-year large managed service deals
Must possess experience delivering cyber support projects (TDR, DI or TEM) including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, and lead solution delivery
Experience with TDR or Digital Identity or SOAR tools (e.G., Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Saviyant, SailPoint, vulnerability management tools, Demisto, Phantom) is desirable
Qualifications
B. Tech./ B.E./ BCA/ MCA/ MSc/ BSc/ MBA/ PGDM/ Ph.D. with sound technical skills
Strong command of verbal and written English
Approximately 15-20 years of project management experience delivering large-scale projects or programs, including planning, resource management, and benefits realization
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex programs
Good understanding of project governance and change management principles
Additional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are desirable
Interest in process improvement, agile methodologies, and business case development
Significant experience in security engineering roles or similar
Experience delivering cyber solutions with client requirements;
strong stakeholder management
PM experience in a cyber security environment
