Job Responsibilities
1. Serve as the point of contact for all internal questions regarding product inspection systems on the production line (Vision systems, Spark tester, Sensors, Laser).
2. Act as the quality representative for all projects involving inspection systems, including planning and monitoring project progress.
3. Conduct final inspection and approval of new inspection systems at the supplier site (FAT), as well as installation and qualification on the company line (SAT).
4. Maintain existing inspection systems in collaboration with relevant technical departments.
5. Calibrate and monitor existing inspection systems; document results.
6. Ensure systematic system backups and individual program backups.
7. Define tolerances and acceptable values for existing inspection programs to minimize pseudo scrap and enhance detection rates.
8. Train production and technical staff in inspection system handling and troubleshooting.
9. Standardize and continuously improve existing inspection systems (e.g., software updates, sensor renewal).
10. Create and revise work instructions related to inspection system duties.
11. Implement Group Standards.
12. Manage admin passwords for vision systems.
