Reporting to the Conventional PAC PMO, their function is to collaborate on the automation of data management related to projects in execution.
Essential Responsibilities
Understanding the different reporting processes used as part of the project management activity.
Collaborate in the creation of the necessary tools to automatize the generation of the necessary reports.
Collaborate in the update of this information in the different tools used by the leadership team.
Give support in the communication with tool owners.
Participate in the planning phase according to specifications of the different tools mentioned.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum programming knowledge in languages such as Python or Visual Basic.
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Spanish mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, leadership skills and a positive energy.
Technology enthusiast. Passion/aptitude for both modelling and analysis.
Desired Characteristics
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Knowledge about project management tools.
Work Style
3 days at the office in Bilbao and 2 days remote work. Start date preferably mid‑June but no later than mid‑July.
