About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our expansion in Spain as Country Manager. Based in Spain, you will report directly to our management team in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategy to scale BioNippy's presence in Spain.
* Provide strategic direction and create a vision for success, driving the company's development towards long-term growth.
* Explore the market and perform various tasks to expand BioNippy's reach through sales, partnerships, logistics, and stores.
* Collaborate closely with our founders, CEO, and VP to define further strategy and processes around expansion, and our Spain Growth Team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail as an International Business Developer/Country Manager/Regional Sales Manager/Sales Director/B2B Sales.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proactive approach to new business models, channels, and execution-driven mindset.
* Experience working with international business units and teams.
* Able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Self-motivated, independent, organized, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
* Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
* Experience in managing people and leading teams in a fast-paced and agile environment.
* Ability to drive change across multiple units/countries and build strong teams to achieve new levels of performance.
* High sense of urgency and ability to balance strategic thinking with operational tasks.
* Fluent in Spanish and English language skills, with preference for another language such as German, Italian, or Dutch.
