Key Responsibilities :
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for guiding clients in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
What you will do :
1. Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
2. Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs.
3. Design Salesforce applications with knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
4. Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
5. Participate in project planning and management activities.
6. Collaborate with our Sales team on pitches and pre-sales activities.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What you need : The basics
1. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or development.
2. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer).
3. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
4. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
5. Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience with other CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle.
8. Experience working in Agile teams.
