The project!
As a Traffic Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and coordinating the workflow within the Pepe Jeans graphics team to ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently. Managing the flow from initial concept to final delivery, you will ensure deadlines are met.
What will the role entail?
* Receiving and reviewing project briefs assigned to the graphic team via Asana, email, or meetings with other departments, ensuring all necessary elements are included.
* Assigning workflow to the graphic team or freelance partners, ensuring they have all required information and materials.
* Conducting interim reviews of assets with senior marketing members to ensure quality and expectations are met.
* Ensuring timely final delivery of assets and distributing them to relevant end users.
