Overview
Digital Solution Engineer - AI Business Process (Dutch Speaker) at Microsoft. Location: Asturias, Spain.
Responsibilities
* Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customer’s solution design endorsement.
* Own the technical win strategy for each opportunity. Engage with BDMs and TDMs to translate priorities into solution vision, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities to secure technical decisions.
* Lead customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 Sales & Service, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
* Lead proof-of-concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, map customer requirements to detailed technical plans, and define migration pathways with milestones and risk mitigation.
* Showcase Microsoft’s AI-powered D365 solutions to win technical decisions, address blockers early (privacy, security, compliance), and drive proof-based differentiation.
* Leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to enhance delivery and coordinate co-selling and co-innovation with partners.
* Work with Customer Success Unit and Partners to ensure value realization, secure deployment plans, and adoption milestones. Promote high-value features like Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 AI Agents.
* Commit to ongoing professional development, completing required training and certifications, and achieving proficiency levels in consultative selling and Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Share insights from wins/losses with the SE community and contribute as a technical thought leader.
* Address solution architecture considerations and competitive objections;
assist in formalizing the customer proposal.
Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, and technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
* Dutch language proficiency is a must.
* Previous experience in CRM technical roles (consultant, implementation, engineering, or related).
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field and relevant technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent.
* Experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premises infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and technology management.
* Certification in relevant Microsoft or industry technologies (e.G., Office 365;
Power BI;
Azure Administrator/Architecture/Development;
Cloud Platform;
Information Security).
