Your responsibilities:
Pre-Sale:
* Provide remote technical support to internal clients (sales, contact center, etc.) and external clients to assist in product sales, resolving queries related to features, suitability, usage, maintenance, etc.
* Technical studies: prepare budgets, project designs, and related documentation.
Post-Sale:
* Provide remote technical advice to meet client needs, including:
* Remote support for equipment commissioning.
* Diagnose reported faults and offer solutions.
* Support external technical services remotely.
* Configure electronic equipment.
* Adjust and regulate control elements.
* Review electrical and hydraulic connections.
* Handle chemicals necessary for equipment operation.
* Perform adjustments on equipment that can be done at heights over 2 meters.
* Guide external clients remotely during product or service installation.
* Training:
* Prepare general and ad-hoc training sessions for clients and internal teams.
* Conduct client training sessions, coordinated annually with the FCE training manager.
* Conduct internal team training, also coordinated annually.
Contact Center:
* Provide technical support via calls, offering product information, spare parts references, technical datasheets, and other inquiries.
Testing:
* Test new products launched to the market.
* Produce product conclusion reports.
* Analyze potential issues and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Technical Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in a technical department.
* English level B2.
* Focus on customer satisfaction.
* Effective communication skills in high-demand environments.
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
* Experience with Call Center tools.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Service Module or other service management tools.
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., AS400) is a plus.
