The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and documenting our current work processes and adapting them to our new digital systems, as well as new digital tool developments TASKS: Process Migration: Transcribe existing work instructions from our current system to the new digital platform. Analysis and definition of work instructions for digital adaptation. Review installation sequences. Align installation steps with roadmap frameworks. Task timing calculation based on the Nordex methodology. Development of sequences and roadmaps based on Nordex methodology. Based on the Company needs, develop new digital tools Participate in the next WTG generation developments PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field. Complementary Training: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. However, we encourage applications from individuals with strong potential and a keen interest in process optimization, Methods-Time Measurement, Workload balancing, etc Experience in the wind industry or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not required Languages: English B2 (English will be the working language).
