Strong proficiency withproject management methodologies(Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Experience withJira and Confluence .
Solid knowledge ofproject planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication .
Familiarity withsoftware development life cycles (SDLC)andIT delivery .
Proven experience withproject delivery in financial, insurance, or banking environments .
Advancedproficiency in Spanish(written and spoken) and high-levelEnglish .
Strongproblem-solving skillsand ability to lead cross-functional teams.
