Job Description

Amazon operates globally without boundaries, influencing a diverse set of businesses worldwide. The Ads Success Team (AST) assists in onboarding advertisers on Sponsored Ads (SA) and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) products, managing accounts for search and display advertising. Our mission is to make advertisers successful on Amazon by inspiring, educating, and supporting them in using our ad products effectively.

We are building a team of highly motivated Account Performance Managers to develop innovative ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment. We seek an organized, proactive candidate who learns quickly, thinks critically, and is enthusiastic about working with a growing global brand.

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of Standard and High-Value advertisers, owning the full account lifecycle.
* Review accounts to understand current performance levels.
* Engage with advertisers and in-country Account Managers to understand their goals.
* Lead kickoff calls and discussions with clients.
* Execute ad optimization strategies, liaising with stakeholders.
* Analyze performance metrics, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
* Monitor campaign progress and report insights regularly.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
* Develop best practices, SOPs, and frameworks for innovation.
* Identify opportunities to enhance Amazon Advertising based on data and customer feedback.
Team Overview

The Advertiser Success Team (AST) supports Amazon’s global advertisers in achieving their goals through strategic campaign management and education throughout the customer journey.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience in a similar role
* Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
* Experience working in a results-driven environment with external clients
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or Master’s in Digital Advertising or related field
* Experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, or e-commerce
* Success in business development or account management roles
* Analytical skills, including advanced Excel and basic SQL
* Google Ads/Bing Ads certification
* Ability to understand trends and customer needs
* Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
