Become part of an international team, thrive in a general group with €800M turnover and 1,000+ clients worldwide, and collaborate in an agile environment by bridging business needs and IT solutions. 7–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. # Proven experience leading end-to-end eCommerce projects. # Strong knowledge of UX, Agile methodologies, and software project management. # Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. # Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. # Fluent English (C1 level); Spanish native is a plus. # Based in Barcelona, with a hybrid model (2 days/week in the office). Lead and deliver end-to-end digital and eCommerce projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, and UX teams to align goals and priorities. Apply Agile frameworks to manage project execution efficiently. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, reporting results to senior management. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for digital platforms and processes. Act as a cultural and communication bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
