Must Have: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Manager specializing in Salesforce CRM implementations Proven leadership managing end-to-end testing teams (functional, regression, integration, UAT) Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, customization options, and release cycles Mastery of testing methodologies including test strategy design, defect lifecycle management, and quality metrics Agile/Scrum proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking Fluent English (written and spoken) for cross-functional stakeholder communication Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system integrations and data flows Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Testing Specialist) Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Provar, Selenium) Spanish proficiency (valuable for local stakeholder collaboration) WHAT WILL YOU DO?
