About the role
As our Key Account and Area Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining existing customer contacts, as well as acquiring new customers across Iberia countries. The position is home-based with travel to customers in Iberia. You will report to our Sales Director Vending & Beverages EMEA.
Key responsibilities
* Grow sales volume to achieve or exceed sales targets for our accounts and local business in the Vending, Coffee roasters, and Coffee chain segments.
* Execute sales activities with optimized products, solutions, and price proposals based on customer needs.
* Lead communication with key stakeholders in purchasing, R&D, production, and marketing divisions to accomplish sales results.
* Share customer feedback, market evolution, trends, and competitor activity within the organization to reinforce company competency.
* Develop and implement segment and customer activities, with regular follow-up on delivery and forecasts to meet or exceed targets.
* Develop a business plan and account plans.
* Travel daily to meet with customers as needed.
About you
* Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
* At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a Beverage-related environment.
* Proven success in business development for key accounts.
* Knowledge of B2B food service business and market dynamics.
* Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce and SAP are a plus.
* Native Spanish/Portuguese speaker, fluent in English.
* Ambitious, results-driven, responsible, and innovative.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, resilient, stress-resistant, passionate about chocolate and beverages.
