Job description:

* We are looking for an Industry Maintenance Coordinator, to coordinate all operations of the maintenance contract and interact with the customer, ensuring compliance with all processes and reducing unforeseen incidents.
Main responsibilities:
* Serve as a central point of communication with the company, providing resources that help the team perform correctly.
Daily tasks:
* Monitor and manage safety indicators.
* Work on team development.
* Guide the supervisor and ensure the proper distribution of equipment according to the company's maintenance methodology.
* Support the team regarding technical and operational conditions for maintenance.
* Support and train the team in methods and execution techniques.
* Ensure compliance with maintenance KPIs related to the contract.
* Control maintenance costs according to the budget plan.
* Assist the supervisor in defining work schedules, holiday plans, and overtime costs.
* Assist the customer with spare parts management suggestions for stock.
* Support the client in developing investment and equipment plans and shutdown scheduling (human and material resources).
Background and competencies:
* Engineering degree or mechanical background.
* At least 4 years of experience.
* Mastery of maintenance fundamentals (planning, indicators, predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance).
* Knowledge of industrial machinery (motors, generators, transformers, pumps, feeders, conveyors, pressure vessels, boilers).
* Ability to interpret mechanical and hydraulic drawings.
* Strong communication, people management, planning skills, and customer orientation are key competencies for success in this role.
