We are Applus+ Laboratories, a division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing and certification services to improve the competitiveness of our client products and encourage innovation.
Head of Cost & Project analysis This role combines executive assistance with financial analysis, follow-up of key strategic projects and communication with key stakeholders. It requires exceptional organization, strategic thinking, autonomy, and the ability to operate at the highest levels of the organization.
Responsibilities Cost analysis and project follow-up
Monitor and analyze key financial and non‑financial metrics and KPIs
Prepare EVP dashboard with inputs from the different areas
Support the EVP in key projects (budgeting process, M&A opportunities, etc.) and liaise with corresponding areas
Conduct strategic analysis to support decisions with finance, product, sales, etc.
Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures
Manage EVP's priorities and strategic initiatives
Act as primary liaison between EVP and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
Attend executive committee sessions and prepare minutes and follow‑up actions
Coordinate and follow up on strategic projects and decisions
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar. An MBA is highly valuable.
3‑5 years of experience in consulting, auditing or similar analytical roles.
Previous experience in senior management support roles is a plus.
Advanced level of both English and Spanish.

Advanced communication skills across all organizational levels.
Proactiveness and autonomy, with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Executive presence suitable for Board‑level interactions.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital applications such as PowerBI.
Strong presentation and report‑writing capabilities.
Project management skills.
