Position Purpose
We are looking for a Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our Digital Hub in Barcelona. The role focuses on generating highly qualified pipeline that converts into revenue within the Midmarket segment.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and opportunities through digital motion, social selling, targeted prospecting.
- Drive prospecting strategy in alignment with Sales Team and Partners.
- Conduct proactive outbound activities to net‑new contacts.
- Engage with C‑level executives via multi‑channel touch points.
- Meet sales and demand‑generation targets for opportunity handover to Sales.
- Perform cold calling and blitz day related activities.
- Lead demand generation initiatives with partners and co‑campaigns.
- Adopt and deploy latest digital prospecting and sales tools.
- Support the team on strategic projects and business activities.
Preferred Skills, Experience & Behavioral Traits
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, Digital Transformation or related field.
- 1‑2 years of B2B demand generation and/or sales experience in a software sales organization.
- Interest in emerging technologies.
- Understanding of business challenges in a defined industry or line of business.
- Strong customer centricity and interpersonal skills to act as a trusted advisor.
- Active listening to identify prioritized customer needs.
- Ability to work independently with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Teamwork aptitude and quick learning/adaptation.
