Responsibilities Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customer’s solution design endorsement. 
Own the technical win strategy for each opportunity. Engage with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to translate priorities and goals into a solution vision by addressing business challenges and delivering business value, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications and Copilot Studio expertise to secure technical decisions. 
Coordinate customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents. 
Lead proof-of-concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, document outcomes, and map customer solution requirements. Produce detailed technical plans, including migration pathways and tools, with milestones and risk mitigation strategies. 
Showcase Microsoft’s value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions to win technical decisions against competitors. Address AI-related compliance, privacy, or security concerns early in the sales process and develop mitigation plans to build confidence in D365 solutions. 
Leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to enhance delivery and scale solutions with co-sell and co-innovation activities. 
Work with the Customer Success Unit and Partners to ensure customers realize value from their Dynamics 365 investments, including deployment plans and success metrics. Drive early adoption of features like Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 AI Agents. 
Commit to ongoing professional development with required training and certifications. Demonstrate proficiency in consultative selling and Dynamics 365 solutions for key workloads, enabling effective collaboration with executives and technical teams. 
Share insights from wins/losses with the broader SE community and act as a technical thought leader through readiness events and knowledge sharing. 
Address solution architecture considerations and competitive objections, and assist in formalizing the customer proposal. 
Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. Dutch language is a must. 
Additional or preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. Experience with cloud/hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft or industry) such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Administrator/Architecture/Development, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or related fields.
