The Resort Sales Executive will play a vital role at the Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa in Marbella, working closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact relevant departments to resolve guest issues and maximize revenue through effective sales techniques.
* Upsell and promote internal and external brand awareness while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
* Recognize and reward loyal guests for their patronage, fostering strong relationships and driving repeat business.
* Process all reservation, modification, and cancellation requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Enter Marriott Rewards information into the relevant software and handle redemption requests.
* Respond to guest calls, record and process requests, and perform general office tasks to support sales and marketing efforts.
* Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a positive role model and promoting a culture of excellence.
* Foster positive working relationships, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality to protect company assets.
* Anticipate and meet customer service needs, ensuring seamless interactions and exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and resorts.
* An intermediate or higher level vocational training (FP Grado Medio / Superior).
* A high level of English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
