We are looking for an experienced AI Content Strategist to assist our client in developing and executing intelligent, data-driven content strategies within the Life Sciences sector. This role combines scientific expertise, digital innovation, and AI-powered tools to produce engaging, compliant, and effective content across various channels and audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory stakeholders.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in optimizing content operations, implementing AI-driven personalization, and aligning messaging with the client’s therapeutic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Content Planning : Develop and implement AI-enhanced content strategies for life science initiatives, aligning with brand objectives, regulatory standards (FDA, EMA), and customer needs.
* AI-Driven Optimization : Utilize AI / ML platforms to generate insights, automate content creation, and personalize customer engagement across digital channels. Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure content strategies are integrated across the client’s digital ecosystem (web, CRM, social media, email, HCP portals).
* Content Lifecycle Management : Implement modular content models and AI-based tagging systems to facilitate content reuse, A / B testing, and performance analysis.
* Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all content adheres to medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) standards, leveraging AI to expedite review processes without compromising quality.
* Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including medical affairs, marketing, IT, and external agencies, to co-develop data-driven content strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields
* At least 5 years of experience in content strategy or digital communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
* Deep knowledge of life sciences regulations and medical content workflows
* Experience with AI tools for content creation, analytics, or personalization
* Excellent storytelling skills to translate complex scientific information into compelling, human-centered narratives
* Proficiency with digital content platforms, analytics tools, and AI applications in marketing
* Experience working in matrixed, global teams with cross-functional collaboration
