- Design and develop intelligent agent systems for regulatory and scientific content authoring (writing, reviewing, editing, refining documents)
- Advance memory architectures and long-horizon reasoning capabilities for GenAI systems
- Prototype controls for hallucination, uncertainty quantification, and safe output generation
- Build evaluation and benchmarking frameworks for GenAI-driven content authoring and retrieval flows
- Collaborate with regulatory writers, scientists, engineers, and IT to deliver production-ready AI solutions
- Serve as internal domain expert for GenAI Content Authoring agents, driving innovation and protocols across R&D
- Contribute to interpretation/generation of figures and plots for multimodal AI demonstrationsResponsabilidades
- Master's degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field with 4+ years of GenAI engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, DSPy, memO, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems including embeddings and vector databases
- Knowledge of uncertainty quantification, probabilistic modelling, or information theory
- Experience implementing structured generation, schema enforcement, and model/tool orchestration for complex workflows
