We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer or a Master with strong DP Construction vessel experience to join our client's operational hub in Cadiz, Spain. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically strong marine professional to take a leading role in the conversion and operational management of DP construction vessels while helping to develop a local supply chain for spare parts and services.

Requirements:
Chief Engineer / Master background with solid experience on DP construction vessels
Ability to assess technical issues and clearly explain them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of vessel conversions and offshore construction operations
Existing professional network in the Cadiz region is a strong advantage
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the technical performance of vessels under charter, including those undergoing conversion for Offshore Wind construction
Act as the technical interface between the client and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate communication
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on DP vessels (e.g., power loss events), providing guidance on root causes and solutions
Build and manage a local supply chain for spare parts xohynlm and services in Cadiz
Provide technical guidance on vessel capabilities and limitations, including: DP systems, Cranes, Helidecks, Walk-to-Work (W2W) systems, ROVs, Diving systems, Gangways, Compressor units, Other Offshore Wind–related equipment
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and operations teams to ensure all vessel equipment operates to required standards
