From viral TikTok campaigns to app growth and branding, we help purpose-led brands scale with intention.
We're looking for a Growth Manager to join our team and help shape the next stage of &Fine.;
You'll work closely with the Founder and junior team, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, supporting new business development, and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role - perfect for someone who thrives in small teams, thinks strategically, and executes with precision.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Work directly with creators and influencers, from selection to campaign coordination
Support new business generation, including research, proposals, and outreach
Lead client communication and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Build and implement marketing strategies focused on growth and ROI
Coordinate freelancers, designers, and video editors
Contribute to social media strategy and creative direction for clients and &Fine;
Analyse results, build reports, and suggest actionable optimisations
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' experience in digital or performance marketing
Confident managing ads across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Strong understanding of creative strategy, influencer marketing, and analytics
Skilled in video editing and basic graphic design (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe suite)
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
Fluent English (C2 level); Spanish or another European language is a plus
Based in Madrid and excited to join a small, ambitious team
