We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support and drive recruitment activities across the EMEA region. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—while also supporting broader HR initiatives such as employee benefits and administrative processes.
This position is ideal for an individual looking to gain experience in human resources and recruitment, offering a hands-on opportunity to support day-to-day HR activities in a software multinational company.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end international recruitment processes (from job opening to onboarding)
Create and maintain recruitment and pipeline reports
HR Support & Additional Responsibilities
Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee lifecycle processes where needed
Maintain accurate HR data and documentation
Collaborate with HR team on ad hoc projects and initiatives
Provide daily administrative support to the HR department, including data management, managing calendars, and organizing files
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Provide general administrative support, such as answering emails, responding to HR inquiries, and preparing HR-related documents
1–2 years of experience in international recruitment
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment tools is an advantage
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role will be valued
Fluent English both written and spoken
