Megamo is a prestigious bicycle brand based in Girona, Spain, driven by passion, innovation and performance. As part of our international growth, we are currently looking for an After-Sales Service Technician to strengthen our technical support and spare parts service, including specifically the German-speaking markets.

This role is key to ensuring a high-level and consistent After-Sales Service, working closely with dealers and internal teams. We are looking for a highly organised and solution-oriented person with good technical bike knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical After-Sales Service support, specifically German-speaking dealers, customers and sales representatives.
* Manage and coordinate warranty cases, technical incidents, spare parts requests, repairs and returns.
* Maintain and improve After-Sales Service processes and protocols globally, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
* Support and train technical teams in international markets when required and help dealers with product troubleshooting.
* Ensure accurate follow-up of cases through our internal tools (ERP / B2B platforms).
* Coordinate internally with logistics, product, quality and sales teams to ensure fast and professional solutions.
* Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-up to ensure excellent service and response times.

Profile Requirements

* Native German or very high German level mandatory.
* Basic level of English and Spanish.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the cycling industry (after-sales, workshop, spare parts or technical support).
* Technical knowledge of bikes: MTB, Road and E-bikes, components and mechanics.
* Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented profile with strong customer service skills.
* Comfortable working with digital platforms (ERP, B2B tools).
* Communicative, solution-oriented, proactive and results-driven profile.
* Ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
* Other languages are a plus.
