Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The Business Development Manager in the Hunting and Outdoor Market should have in-depth knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The primary responsibility is to develop the hunting market by approaching and building solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
The key attributes and expectations for a successful Business Development Manager include:
- Strong business acumen
- A hunter (licensed preferred)
- Experienced social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with high followers (preferred)
- Experience in retail and store management

Hikvision expects the Business Development Manager to act as an ambassador of the company and brand, with key tasks including:

- Addressing dealer and end-user pain points and support needs
