**Position: Store Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations and sales targets of the store.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, including scheduling and shift management.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
- Manage inventory, orders, and control product loss.
- Regularly communicate with the brand team to provide customer feedback and market insights.
- Organize community cycling events and brand promotion activities.
- Coordinate with headquarters to execute various events and marketing plans.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in high-end fashion, sports, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficient in sales systems and office software.
- Strong focus on customer experience and team management, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of cycling culture, and passion for sports is a plus.
- Fluent in French/Spanish with strong English communication skills.
- Presentable appearance and excellent personal grooming.
