Our team in Granollers currently has an opening for a Sales Manager Iberia.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product and Business Development:
o Identify and deliver new product and supplier opportunities within the overall segments and utilize customer and market potential to achieve growth.
o Support the sales growth of the product group.
o Provide product-market information to internal stakeholders & review product performance.
o Provide input for supply chain improvements.
2. Leadership / Relationships:
o Develop strategic and operational relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the relevant supplier communities.
o Develop strong relationships with Brenntag internal colleagues and have the ability to manage and influence, without having direct authority.
o Lead an internal network for local product management focused on the product group to ensure delivery of strategies.
o Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for Iberia Food.
o Set sales targets, budgets, and allocate resources.
o Manage assigned internal and external AM teams.
o Cooperate with Business Development, Customer Service, and PM / IMM, sharing best practices.
o Contribute to product development projects.
YOUR PROFILE
1. Experience:
o Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large and complex, multi-country/regional companies.
o Work experience in international settings.
2. Knowledge:
o Master's degree (e.g., Food Technology, Engineering, Economics) or similar level of education.
