We are currently looking for a: Manager of Financial Processes Roles & Responsibilities: The Manager of Financial Processes is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the end to end financial processes across the 30 parks and headquarter. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, scalability, and data integrity within all financial workflows. Acting as the strategic partner to the CFO and cross functional business leaders, the Manager of Financial Processes drives continuous improvement, implements best in class process automation, and safeguards the quality and reliability of financial information. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Ownership & Optimization Own and continuously refine core financial processes. Diagnose process bottlenecks and redesign workflows to increase accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Establish and maintain standardized process documentation, policies, and controls. 2. Technology & Automation Lead the design and implementation of digital finance initiatives (ERP enhancements, automation tools, workflow systems, analytics platforms). Collaborate with IT, Data, and Transformation teams to deploy scalable automation solutions (e.g. AI‑driven processes, continuous controls monitoring). Ensure technology applications are aligned with financial governance and business needs. 3. Performance & Data Quality Define KPIs and metrics to measure financial process performance and ensure consistent improvement. Drive data governance within Finance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems. Support timely and accurate financial closing, reporting, and forecasting cycles. 5. Stakeholder Management & Leadership Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, Procurement, Customers, Inpark, and other business units to ensure seamless end‑to‑end financial processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. 8–12 years of experience in finance operations, process transformation, or financial systems. Deep expertise in end‑to‑end financial processes and internal control environments. Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and technology implementations. Strong understanding of ERP systems (knowledge of Workday would be a plus) and automation technologies. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
