The Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to strengthen our partnerships and develop new business opportunities inSpain, France, Italy, and the Middle East.
You will be responsible for managing key retail clients, developing new relationships, and working closely with our design team to deliver great products and strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client relationships within key retail markets
Manage and grow existing retail partnerships through proactive engagement
Collaborate with the Says Who design and engineering teams on product development projects
Participate in international trade fairs, client meetings, and factory visits (approx. 70 travel days per year)
Contribute to the company's strategic growth plans and market insights
Qualifications
ProvenB2B sales experiencewithin thefurniture or interior design industry
Established network or deep understanding of retailers inSpain, France, Italy, or the Middle East
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience withproduct developmentordesign collaborationis an advantage
Fluent inEnglishand at least one regional language (Spanish, French, or Italian)
Self-driven, structured, and result-oriented mindset
Location:Remote — based inPortugal or Spain

Compensation:EUR2,*****,000/month(fixed + performance bonus)
Travel:Approx.70 days annually
