Your mission We are looking for a passionate and data-driven
Senior Key Account Manager
to join our growing team. As a Key Account manager, you will be at the heart of marketplace performance—driving growth, improving seller success, and ensuring an excellent customer, market experience and manage the top billing accounts in our Marketplace. Your mission will be to
increase seller productivity and provide guidance to a team of Account Managers
through insights, market trends and defining the strategic approach of your category.
Key Responsibilities Top Tier Seller Success (50%)
: White-glove management of top-tier accounts, responsible for ~80% of GMV per market. Drive GMV generation, conversion, and engagement. Market Experience (25%)
: Analyze and provide visibility on market online metrics (traffic, NPS, CTR, etc.), identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and improve customer experience. Market Development (25%)
: Track and optimize performance, define the acquisition criteria for sellers in the Marketplace and indentify market trends.
What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or category growth. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with top sellers, brands, or strategic accounts. A proactive mindset and results-driven approach.
