The Managing Director will oversee and optimize the entire P&L, lead the Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Logistics teams, and report directly to the Global CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Spanish affiliate focused on retail strategy.
Implement and manage robust processes in collaboration with International.
Drive the expansion.
Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning reliability.
Translate commercial forecasts into actionable plans.
Implement best practices in business development.
Negotiate and manage relationships with top clients.
Identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in business or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the Retail industry, working for multinational companies, as a BU lead, with a strong business mentality and people leadership approach.
Work experience in European Matrix environments is required.
Excellent skills in team building and development.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
