Your role as Business Developer Tech Recruitment 360
Your mission will be to grow Eucalypto’s tech client portfolio and run end‑to‑end recruitment processes for the roles you bring in.
Roughly, your focus will be:
* 60–70% Business Development & Account Management
What you’ll do
Business Development & Accounts
* Identify and open new tech and digital accounts: product companies, startups, scaleups and corporate digital hubs.
* Design and execute your own commercial strategy: outbound, social selling, events, networking in the tech ecosystem.
* Hold meetings with CEOs, founders, CTOs, Tech Leads and HR decisions makers to understand their hiring roadmap.
* Turn hiring needs (squads, scaling plans, key roles) into clear, attractive recruitment proposals.
* Build long‑term relationships focused on recurring hiring and partnership, not just one‑off placements.
* Manage your pipeline, forecast revenue and track open opportunities.
* Define the ideal tech profile with the client: tech stack, scope, seniority, context and team.
* Design the search strategy: market mapping, direct headhunting, community outreach, inbound.
* Interview candidates and assess technical context understanding, business impact and culture fit.
* Guide candidates and clients through the full process: shortlist, interviews, feedback, offer and closing.
* Take care of the experience on both sides so they want to work with Eucalypto again.
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years experience as a 360 Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Business Manager, BDM or similar.
* Proven track record opening new accounts (not only managing an existing portfolio) or a great attitude for it.
* Experience in Tech / IT recruitment (engineering, data, product, digital roles) is a strong plus.
* Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, outbound messages and follow‑ups – and you actually enjoy the commercial side.
* Consultative approach: you understand the client’s business and tech context before talking about fees.
* Able to hold high‑level conversations with founders, C‑level, tech leaders and HR.
* Strong focus on targets and revenue, with an “owner mindset” for your accounts.
* Native or fluent Spanish and a fluent level of English. Any other language is a plus.
* Autonomy, healthy ambition and a real desire to build, not just execute.
