What you'll be doing:
* Manage complaints and requests from internal and external clients within the travel sector.
* Register, control, and resolve incidents collaboratively with other impacted departments.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs established by clients and regulatory authorities.
* Identify areas for improvement through root cause analysis, focusing on the Customer First value.
* Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to enhance processes and services.
* Perform other duties related to the evolution of the role and organization.
What you'll bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Fluent in Italian or French and Spanish, both spoken and written.
* 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
* Previous experience in claims management and technical knowledge is a plus.
* Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and other digital platforms.
* Customer-driven attitude, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work well in a team and a focus on continuous improvement.
