**Scope**:
- Provide technical support and promote lubrication solutions to customers, protect existing accounts and seek new business opportunities to improve the profitability of Moove Spain, following company policies and strategies.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement and evaluate customised technical programmes/strategies for customers to aid the sale of our lubricants;
- Implement lubrication engineering programmes for customers where required;
- Identify and quantify the benefit of improvement opportunities at existing customers;
- Document the results of projects and programmes to quantify savings and/or performance improvements;
- Identify and promote the manufacture of new products in line with new market trends and the upgrading and improvement of existing products;
- Provide technical support for the introduction of new products and marketing campaigns;
- Preparation of technical documentation: Benefit Reports, Performance Tests, etc.
- Providing information to the company on market trends in the different industrial sectors, as well as on
products, equipment, etc.
**Job functions**:
- Convince new customers of the benefits they will obtain if they decide to buy the lubricants and services offered by Moove Spain, reduce their maintenance costs and improve their profitability.
- Be responsible for defining and implementing, where appropriate, the appropriate service levels for the different customers in agreement with the commercial department.
- Find opportunities to sell high value-added synthetic products that also help to make the customers' business more sustainable.
- Collaborate in the day-to-day work of the maintenance of certain customers and participate in the resolution of the problems they face.
- Build a relationship of trust with customers' technical staff to understand their needs and teach them that the concept of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) reduction is the most appropriate to make their company's lubrication as profitable as possible.
- To technically train both company and customer personnel in the service programme offered by Moove.
- Implementing and controlling the programmes that Moove Spain includes in its range of services at all times.
- Quality: Investigation, follow-up and resolution of customer complaints and elaboration of related documentation.
