Graduate Business Analyst

Customer Support (CS) delivers Customer Services & Support for all PPS (Personal & Printing Systems) customers, both Consumer & Commercial. Support is operated through a network of outsourced support & services delivery partners / suppliers.
We are looking for a Graduate to contribute to the CS EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) delivery organization, as part of the Service Delivery Support and Business Management team.
Objectives & Responsibilities
* You will work with an international team of Operations Managers, Quality Engineers, Project Managers, and Process Owners to support the management of Operations.
* You will require data analysis skills to support the team in creating actions from insights through data.
Your Role Will Be
* Perform business analysis to support operations and enable business decisions.
* Support and develop data analysis and modeling frameworks for the EMEA market and countries.
* Act as the Customer Satisfaction lead for monthly operational reviews.
* Enable, support, and maintain EMEA market data automation and modeling.
* Contribute to scorecard maintenance.
* Lead or participate in internal process improvement initiatives.
You will be assigned a mentor to assist with your onboarding, guide you through the organization, and support your journey.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Work experience is not required, but relevant internships are an advantage.
* Excellent spoken and written English skills.
* Knowledge of data modeling techniques and tools.
* Experience working with Python, SQL, or R.
* Experience with big data and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
* Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
* Enthusiasm, curiosity, participation, and passion for business analytics.
