The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data engineers, and solution architects to ensure the delivery of high-quality data products and analytics capabilities. You would be working with one of our major international clients, a British financial company.
#Location: 100% remote for people based in Spain
#6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-driven projects.
~ Data analysis & interpretation of large datasets (clients, portfolios, transactions)
~ Wealth Management domain knowledge (Investment, portfolio mgmt, client onboarding, compliance)
~ Writing BRDs, user stories, process flows, data dictionaries
~ Power BI / Tableau for visualization
~ SQL and data querying
~ Understanding of data governance, lineage, quality
~ Agile delivery participation (Scrum, sprints)
~ Communication & presentation to senior stakeholders
~ English C1
#Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data platform initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with data engineers, architects, and developers to design scalable data solutions.
Support data migration, data governance, and data quality initiatives.
Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities in Agile environments.
Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements
#Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Understanding of BI & analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Exposure to AI/ML data initiatives.
