Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Brand Manager based in Barcelona. The role covers the full brand and content strategy for Analogin' — managing our UGC ecosystem, building visual brand identity, creating differentiated content across Instagram and TikTok, and closing collaborations with celebrities and cultural profiles.
Qualifications
* 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content — ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or culture
* Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, not just how to use them but why things work
* Graphic design skills and a strong aesthetic sensibility
* Experience managing UGC creators or influencer relationships
* Ability to think in brand, not just in content
* Fluent English — non-negotiable
* Based in Barcelona, on-site — non-negotiable
* Paid media knowledge is a plus
