PTitle: IT EUC Support Specialist /ppbr/ppLocation: Madrid, Spain /ppbr/ppDuration: Weekly 1 day - Every Wednesday /ppbr/ppLanguage : Spanish /ppbr/ppProject start: Immediately /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliProvide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments. /liliInstall, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). /liliManage Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and MDM/EMM solutions. /liliPackage, test, and deploy applications using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or equivalent. /liliTroubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime. /liliMaintain IT asset inventory, perform upgrades, and coordinate repairs/replacements. /liliSupport VPN, MFA, security policies, and endpoint protection tools. /liliDocument standard operating procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles. /liliCollaborate with network, server, and security teams to resolve complex IT incidents. /liliEnsure compliance with company security standards and IT policies. /li /ulpSkills Qualifications: /pulliBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). /lili3+ years of EUC/Desktop support experience in enterprise environments. /liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM). /liliExperience with MDM/EMM solutions (Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, etc.). /liliFamiliarity with network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN). /liliExperience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.). /liliExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /liliStrong communication skills to support VIPs and business stakeholders. /li /ul
