SALES MANAGER
(Based in Spain – Barcelona or Madrid)
Reporting to the Iberia Sales Manager, he/she will be responsible for the development and management of the Spanish market. This includes acquiring new customers as well as strengthening relationships with existing ones. The role involves designing and implementing strategies aligned with the company's mission and overall group objectives. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to communicate market insights to the company in a clear and structured manner.
Responsibilities
Analyze customers' current and historical financial data, such as sales reports, to develop strategies for increasing sales.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, in coordination with management, including the definition of success strategies.
Prepare proposals for new business opportunities.
Participate in the company's budgeting process and manage customer accounts, focusing on cost and margin control.
Identify compelling sales arguments for potential customers and partners.
Build and maintain a strong network with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
Coordinate activities with all involved stakeholders, both national and international.
Achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the company.
Requirements
Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish as a native language is preferred.
Experience in the packaging industry is essential, with knowledge of the Food & Beverage sector in Spain.
