Job Description
Manage day‑to‑day bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs that align with our brand and guest preferences
Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create cohesive dining experiences
Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve profitability
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
Organize and oversee special events and promotions to drive bar revenue
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into bar offerings and practices
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in bar management or a related role, preferably in a high‑end hospitality environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Relevant bartending or mixology certifications (e.g., WSET, BarSmarts) are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends, including Spanish wines and spirits
Proficiency in bar operations, mixology, and food and beverage pairing
Experience with inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software
Proven ability to create and implement innovative drink menus
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly advantageous
