Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts, including SEO optimization, creating compelling marketing texts, managing newsletters, overseeing diverse marketing campaigns, and managing our participation in industry expos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess exceptional communication skills in English, along with fluency in one of the following languages : Spanish, German, or French.
Requirements
* SEO Management : Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
* Marketing Content Creation : Write, edit, and manage marketing texts across various platforms, ensuring the tone and style are consistent with our brand voice.
* Newsletter Management : Design, write, and send out engaging newsletters to our customer base, analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
* Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
* Expo Participation : Build and execute our participation in industry expos, including planning, logistics, and on-site management to maximize exposure and engagement, in close cooperation with our Partner Director.
* Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications
* Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and one of the following languages : Spanish, German, or French.
* Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on SEO, content creation, campaign management, and expo participation.
* Skills :
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
* Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). We use Zoho Marketing Manager.
* Proven experience in organizing and managing participation in expos or trade shows.
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Onsite, remote & Hybrid - it is all up to you - If onsite / hybrid, workplace will be in our office in Fuengirola (Spain).
