We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Sales Managerto lead growth in the BESS sector. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record inenergy storage ,renewable energy leasing, orclean tech solutions. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue, and positioning our client as a key player in the energy transition.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products targeting distributors and C&I clients.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the energy storage and renewable leasing sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer needs with technical solutions.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior leadership.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B sales within theBESS ,renewable energy, orenergy leasingsectors.
Strong understanding of energy storage technologies, grid applications, and financing models.
Demonstrated success in selling to distributors, EPCs, and C&I clients.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Preferred Experience
Experience withrenewable energy leasing modelsorenergy-as-a-service (EaaS) .
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and incentive programs for energy storage.
Existing network within the energy storage or clean tech ecosystem.
