We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join iubenda, where you will simplify complex tech products and translate them into compelling narratives. In this role you will act as the liaison between Product, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment across teams, and shape go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, and customer value communication.
Responsibilities
* Defining product positioning and messaging, ensuring every selling point is sharp, relevant, and customer‑driven.
* Owning the product‑led growth strategy, defining priorities and long‑term direction.
* Leading go‑to‑market planning and execution for new features from announcement to launch.
* Developing use cases grounded in real customer needs and translating them into compelling narratives.
* Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
* Driving sales enablement by creating materials and supporting the Sales team with knowledge and tools.
* Tracking and reporting on growth‑related goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing.
* Strong experience in positioning heavily technical SaaS features, from customer‑needs analysis (pain/gain framework) to messaging and GTM execution.
* Solid understanding of software‑development dynamics and SaaS functionalities and metrics.
* A proactive mindset and genuine drive to contribute to the company's growth.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
* Full proficiency in English.
* Previous experience in start‑up and scale‑up working environments (desired).
* A background in martech or legal tech (desired).
* Familiarity with marketing tools (desired).
Location
Fully remote. You are free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer a hybrid model, you may work from our offices in Milan or Bologna.
